After wine has been stabilised and the dissolved gases removed by shaking or by using a degasser, add the contents of sachet A, stir gently and leave to stand for 1 hour. Then add the contents of sachet B, stir gently, and leave the wine in a cool place to clear. The active ingredients in this product are silicic acid hydrated silica and chitosa produced from the shells of crustacea.

Contents 65 grams sufficient to clear 23 litres (5 gallons) of wine.
